Classes in Restoring Wooden Furniture

We offer a very unique course on wood restoration and time-honored finishing techniques.

Students will learnhow to restore their own furniture to a professional level (from antiques to heirlooms and modern pieces)  - saving money and acquiring invaluable skill.  Classes combine demonstrations and hands-on experience in French polishing, chisel sharpening, clamping and gluing, coloring, stripping, application of finishing, use of cabinet scraper, and spray gun.

Many of these techniques are very hard to discover and learn on your own.

Classes currently meet every Tuesday afternoon, 2-5pm, and are open to additional scheduling.
